'Tis the season for Ontario asparagus right now and I just want to eat it all the time. I know there are lots of fancy things you can do with fresh asparagus, but I will always prefer to just drizzle them with olive oil, then add a bit of lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then roast them in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
