One can't serve a new recipe without eating a bit of it first... right? This was my lunch on this past holiday Monday which was Thanksgiving Day here in Canada. I made a nut/veggie loaf that I'd never made before and I wanted to make sure it tasted good before I fed it to my relatives. It ended up being fairly good, especially with the miso gravy on the side. I don't know that I'd make it again, though, since it was a bit mushier than I'd like.
